Our unique coil-to-bar processing centers provide us the ability to produce round bars with custom lengths and extremely precise straightness. We utilize an in-line process of straightening, turning and cutting that allow RGM to produce material that is rounder and straighter. This is excellent for further machining.
Our coil-to-bar processing line has an aggressive pre-straightening process where the internal memory of the material is removed; the hot roll scale is then peeled or turned off and finished with a cut from our high-speed abrasive saw. All of this happens at an incredible throughput rate. Precision small diameter materials are a result of quality materials and processes which are inherent to RGM. Call us today.
