Rotary Straightening

Precision to 0.0015" TIR/FT; special straightness needs quoted per request
Diameters up to 8.0000" and lengths up to 50’

Saw Cutting & End Conditioning

Up to 12.000" diameter, volume saw cutting available
Cold-saw cutting from 0.375” to 3.25” diameter, with lengths up to 5’ and automated robotic handling
Deburring, end chamfering, and bar face engraving (stamping) with heat number

Press Straightening

Precision to 0.0015" TIR/FT; with special straightness needs quoted per request
Diameters up to 12.0000" and lengths up to 32’

Packaging

Paper wrapped bundles, collars on bars
Full bar sleeving/tubing, hex bundles, boxing and specialized packaging designed as required

Non Destructive Testing

Eddy Current and Ultrasonic testing performed in house
Portable surface hardness and XRF grade identification
